Tinker's Threads- Some Early 80's Cool

For those who follow me on Twitter you'll know it's been a bit of a rat rat ratty week so forgive me if posts are little light on the ground.

To bring a little smile to your dial I have a couple of cute pics here. The little Tinker modelling something I wore for most of 1980-81.
She is so fashion forward my kid, she rocks whatever she wears doesn't she? Especially my *ahem* vintage gear. Seriously am I that old that my baby clothes are now vintage? Surely not?

  4. Gorgeous. Love the overalls, I have a 50's swing style jacket in what looks like the same fabric. The girl has style.

  6. gorgeous outfit. I wish my mum kept some of my clothes (not good for oliver but in hope that I might have a little girl one day). This is my favourite segment of your blog. You have to keep it going.

  7. Don't worry Simone I won't run out of posts in this segment. She wears a cute ensemble every day so I've been snapping away we have a stockpile of pictures! x

Eva I certainly hope she doesn't follow Brooke's path, I'd much prefer her to do something that values her for who she is not what she looks like alas not my choice eh?

  8. My son used to wear an Essendon football jumper that my dad made me wear when I was a kid. The trouble was I wore it in Melbourne and by the time my son was wearing it we had moved to Adelaide. He got so much crap by crazy Crow supporters I had to retire the jersey. At least Tinker looks cool in your old stuff and no-one will harass her :)

  11. I love the overalls! And gees, Tinker's really shot up height wise in my blogging absence! She's going to be lovely and leggy when she's older.
